Coinz Comics LLC U.S. Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Coinz Comics LLC offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing Time:

We do our best to ship our customer’s purchases as quickly as possible. With most orders, we attempt to ship packages the same day if the order is received before 2:00 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays). This can sometimes take longer if an order is larger and requires multiple packages (typically within 24-48 hours).

3. Shipping Rates & Timing:

Coinz Comics LLC ships orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We offer multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

*(NOTE) Orders including Pre-order items will not ship until all items in the are released, received, and available to ship.

4. Tracking Your Order:

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at support@coinzcomics.com.

5. Address Accuracy:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ENTER A INCORRECT ADDRESS. It is crucial to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your information before finalizing your order. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to inform you that we received your package back and then you are responsible to provide us with the correct address to be shipped back to you and for any additional shipping fees.

6. Lost, Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Packages:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. Our responsibility ends upon transfer to the carrier. Any issues related to shipping delays, loss, or damage should be directed to the carrier. If you need additional assistance, please contact us and provide as much information as possible at support@coinzcomics.com.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES. As we know that missing or stolen packages can happen. This is why many of our shipments are insured through the carrier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen please follow the steps listed on the carrier's website for processing a claim.
