1. Returns Accepted for 14 Days:

  • You may initiate a return for eligible items within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Customer Provides Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. 15% Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover handling and processing costs associated with the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Returns are not accepted for Comic Books, Graphic Novels, or Graded Comics.
  • Please carefully consider your purchase of these items, as they are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.

6. Refund Process:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.

7. Refund Amount:
